RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% Happy with your purchase, but we totally understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan!

See below for our returns criteria:
We offer store credits for all full priced items.
Items must be posted back to us within 20 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must appear new, unworn with tags attached.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit note to be issued from the day that is was received by Gemini Store. 
Credit notes will be issued for the full order amount minus shipping costs
Credit notes are valid for 12 months after the store credit has been issued
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
We offer exchanges for Sunshine Coast Customers Only. Please contact hello@geministore.com.au if you wish to organise an exchange.
Sale items are final sale - no returns.
    Gemini Store have the right to reject a return is the above criteria is not met. Please note we will not accept an item back if the item appears to be worn, soiled or without tags attached. Thank you for understanding.

    HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

    Fill out the returns form that was enclosed with your order and send it back (at your own cost) with the items you wish to return. If you have misplaced the returns form, no worries! Please email us at hello@geministore.com.au and we will send you one to print and fill out.
     
    AFTERPAY

    Afterpay purchases follow the same return conditions. When Gemini Store receives your return, we will issue you a credit note and email it to you as per our returns policy. We do not cancel afterpay payments or refund afterpay payments. You will continue to pay off your afterpay payments on the normal payment schedule. We will credit you the full order amount minus shipping.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    We strive to quality control our garments when they are received by Gemini Store, however if you believe your garment is faulty, please email hello@geministore.com.au within a reasonable time frame of receiving your items. Please send a photo of the item and a description of the fault. Upon receiving the faulty item back, we will assess the item and if the garment is deemed faulty, we will offer you a credit note, refund or replacement.
